To connect to an IMAP email account you would need to set up this in OnePageCRM. To find IMAP email setting on specific email clients, follow instructions below:

- Open Outlook.
- Select File on the left from the top ribbon.
- Select Account Settings and then Account Settings in the sub-menu.
- In the Account Settings window, select email account you want to sync with OnePageCRM and click Change.
- In the Change Account window, copy the details of the Incoming mail server field.
- Paste the above into the IMAP name server field in OnePageCRM.
- Click More Settings at the bottom right of this window.
- In the Internet E-mail Settings pop-up window, go to Advanced tab.
- Copy the number assigned to the Incoming server port (this is generally 993).
- Paste this number into the Server port field in OnePageCRM.
Outlook 2007
- Open Outlook.
- Select the Tools menu and click on Account Settings.
- In the Account Settings window, select the email account you want to sync with OnePageCRM and select Change.
- In the Change Account window, copy the details of the Incoming mail server field.
- Paste the above into the IMAP name server field in OnePageCRM.
- Click More Settings at the bottom right of this window.

Apple Mail email client
- Open Apple Mail.
- Go to Mail > Preferences at the top of your screen.
- When the pop-up window appears, click Accounts and select the desired account from the list that you wish to find IMAP settings for.
- Under the Account Information tab, select Account type IMAP.
- Copy details of the Incoming Mail Server field.
- Paste the above into IMAP name server field in OnePageCRM.
- Go to the Advanced tab.
- Copy the number assigned to the Port field and leave the box next to Use SSL checked.
- Paste this number into the Server port field in OnePageCRM.
